Terms of sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded between Rouge Néon (the “Seller”) and its customers (the “Customer”) through the Rouge Néon website, which specialises in online clothing sales.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor colour variations may occur between delivered products and those shown on the website, particularly due to screen resolution.

2.2. Customers may place orders through the website. An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Prices displayed on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes and shipping costs for metropolitan France. Shipping costs for other countries are excluded and will be specified during checkout.

3.2. Payment is made online using the payment methods accepted on the website. The Customer warrants that they have any necessary authorisation to use the selected payment method.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are indicated when placing an order and are estimates. Any delivery delay shall not give rise to compensation or cancellation of the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving a reason or incurring penalties, provided the item is returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sent (supported by video and photographic evidence).

5.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by email at contact@rouge-neon.com and return the products at their own expense, in their original, complete condition and with the return form. If a parcel is returned damaged or in a condition different from that in which it was received, Rouge Néon may decide not to refund the item and will, upon request, return it to the Customer.

8. Disputes and Complaints

8.1. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may contact the Seller's customer service team to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The terms applicable are those in force when the order is placed.
